In 2017, I walked away from my home, job, and friends in NYC to pursue a Master's at Peking University in China. I spent 2 years studying while also working in anti-sex trafficking across Asia. From there, I shifted into refugee work in South Africa, Egypt, and Greece.

In February 2020, I planned a fateful 2-week trip to the US that turned into 2 years. The pandemic froze my work, my funding, and my travel plans overnight.

That spring, stranded in the US, I launched my solopreneur coaching business from my childhood bedroom with my laptop, wifi, and a cup of coffee.

Since then, I joined an elite global firm, Novus Global, scaled my coaching + consulting to 6-figures, and coach clients wherever I have a steady stream of caffeine and wifi (in 2022, I worked from Seattle, LA, NYC, Mexico City, Madrid, Rio de Janeiro, Marrakech, London, and Oslo). I'm writing this now from Hong Kong :). 

Crafting my own schedule means that I can also create flexibility to work in refugee work, sexual assault response work, and travel the world.
